It's about me..and me..and me..and me...

Outside the Basilica eating panini and gelato. Does it get any better than that! And the word for today is "fantastico"!

Rialto Bridge and the Grande Canal

Went for a long walk to the famous Rialto Bridge and beyond. Shops line the centre of the bridge and students bought their sim cards on the way to dinner - a big plate of pasta for most! We caught the Vaparetto down the Grande Canal from the railway station as a precursor to leaving. Today we visited the Doge Palace and San Marco Basilica.
